Our heart health is so very important. I have taken the mega garlic supplement before. I do enjoy my fruits and vegetables. Moderate exercise and drinking water is very important too. Take good care of your health! :-)

do you realize how negatively running 20+ km a day effects your immune system? also having the muscle mass of a starving african doesnt help either

Thanks for your visits. Moderate exercise like walking is good for us. Some people do get carried away when it comes to running. We just need to check our BMI for a healthy body weight. Muscle can add extra weight, like a bodybuilder. I would rather have a little muscle than extra body fat though. Take good care of your health! :-)
